In accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (clause 2 of Article 437), ML Cloud LLC provides its services on the basis of a public offer. The contract is considered concluded when the client performs the actions specified in the offer (acceptance of the offer).

Request direction
Send your request to info@ml.cloud, in the window online chat on the website or through other communication channels specified in section "Contacts". In your request, please include your contact information and service list.
Signing the contract
Upon receipt of your request, we will prepare 2 written a copy of the contract and send it to you for signing as indicated your mailing address. You will need to sign an agreement with on your part and send 1 copy of the agreement back to us.
Concluding a contract in person
If you are in St. Petersburg, then to conclude an agreement you can come to our office. You must have with you signed identification document and credentials (for representative of a legal entity).
Concluding an agreement online
We also use an electronic document management system (EDM) - Kontur.Diadoc and we can sign the agreement electronically.
Conclusion of an agreement in writing

Reporting financial documents
Closing documents (invoices, advance invoices, acts of provision of services and invoices) are generated when paying for services via bank transfer (for legal entities only). You can receive them monthly, free of charge, through the electronic document management system (EDM) - Kontur.Diadoc.
